Meet Florian Kronenbitter
The Founder of FLOKRO
I’m Florian Kronenbitter, founder of FLOKRO – and an IT strategist with over 20 years of experience turning technology into tangible business value.
What drives me: Germany has been losing competitiveness and productivity for years. For me, artificial intelligence is a concrete opportunity to reverse this trend. I want to help safeguard our economic edge – so that future generations can grow up in a country that fosters innovation and sustains prosperity. My career started with a hands-on IT apprenticeship. It was followed by three part-time degrees in IT project management, business administration, and IT management, as well as an MBA from WHU.
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve held global leadership roles – including Deputy CIO and CISO at HOMAG and Head of IT at MHP, where I led complex transformation projects and was named one of the Top 20 CIOs in the German midmarket. As Managing Director at Bechtle, I gained deep insights into the challenges of mid-sized businesses – across industries, grounded in practice, and always focused on execution.
It was there I saw just how urgently companies need clear, results-driven AI solutions – when implemented the right way.
